Project developed by ST&AR Architects, under the leadership of Andre Rademeyer. The green goal was a project showcasing Cape Town’s goals for establishing a greener city. The exhibition was held during the Soccer World Cup, and was located next to Cape Town’s Fanpark. The building is made of a scaffold frame covered with 1400 milk crates filled with 17000 white plastic milk bottles. The exhibition was dismantled after the world cup. All materials were re-used or recycled. My role in the project was to design the 3d model, CAD drawings and develop sketches for the contractors to understand the stages of construction. The concept for the proposal was developed in 2 weeks and the exhibition was constructed in 5 days.
